Leanne Meyer, PE
Vice President
Leanne brings more than 20 years of proven experience and hands-on success in the environmental, social, and governance arenas. She has served as vice president at Booster Fuels, Sterling Manufacturing, and Marathon Petroleum. Leanne is a professional engineer (PE) and has a master’s in environmental/civil engineering from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s in petroleum engineering from the University of Tulsa.
Kari Bravo, PhD
Environmental Compliance Manager
Kari has been a part of the Alta team since 2022 and holds a PhD Energy in addition to a Masters in Science/Environmental Studies and Sustainability, both from the National Polytechnic Institute, Mexico City, MX. Her previous experience includes visiting scholar at Arizona State University and Quality System Manager for Synergy Biotech. Kari is the go-to for inventory reports, gap analysis, compliance and permitting reports, and more.
Varun Kelkar, PhD, PE
Environmental Engineer, PSM/RMP
Program Management
Dr. Kelkar holds a PhD in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering and a Master's in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University. In 2021, the American Chemical Society recognized him with an award of excellence for his graduate polymer research.
Eric Arlotti
ASR Department Manager
Eric received a Master of Science in Environmental Planning and Management from John Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Business (sustainability) from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He previously worked at Alta Southwest and currently leads the Alta ESS ASR department.
Ashly Domeier
Business Manager
Alta ESS business manager Ashly delivers responsive service to customers - both internal and external. She studied Business Management Techniques at Mesa Community College and at Minnesota State University Morehead. Ashly has a passion for fostering a collaborative work environment, empowering teams, and optimizing processes.
